We Haul It Away — All of It
Tree debris comes in many forms. We handle every one:
Fallen limbs and branches. From a single storm-dropped limb to a yard full of them — collected, cut to manageable size, and hauled.
Brush piles. The pile that's been growing behind the shed for two years. The heap the last storm left. The mountain from your ambitious DIY trimming weekend. Whatever its origin story, we make it disappear.
Logs and trunk sections. Heavy wood from removals — ours or someone else's. We cut to length, load, and haul. Usable hardwood can be left as firewood at your request (just tell us during the estimate).
Yard waste and bagged material. Bagged leaves, bundled sticks, the aftermath of a big yard cleanup — if it's woody yard waste, it goes.
Stumps and root balls. Surface stumps from previous cuttings can be hauled as part of a debris job, or ground in place — see stump grinding for the full options.
Construction-adjacent clearing debris. Leftover brush from lot work, fence-line clearing slash, the mess a land-clearing contractor left behind — we finish what others started.
What we don't take: household trash, construction debris (lumber, shingles, concrete), hazardous materials, or dirt/soil loads. We're a tree service with chippers and hauling capacity — woody debris is our specialty, and that's where our pricing beats general junk haulers.
When You Need Debris Removal
After storms. The most common call. The storm passed, the storm damage cleanup handled the dangerous stuff — or maybe you handled the cutting yourself — and now the yard is full of debris. We clear it completely: collection, chipping, hauling, final rake.
After DIY trimming. You rented the saw, did the work, saved the money — and now you're staring at a brush pile the size of a car, realizing the city won't take it and your truck makes twelve trips look optimistic. We haul DIY debris regularly. No judgment; it happens to the best of us.
Lot and property cleanups. Preparing to sell, settling an estate, reclaiming a rental property, or just finally dealing with years of accumulated brush. We clear lots to clean, presentable condition — which matters when buyers, tenants, or appraisers are coming.
Leftover piles from another contractor. The tree guy who cut the tree but "doesn't do hauling." The crew that left the brush pile "for the city" (the city isn't coming). We clean up after other contractors' incomplete jobs — and yes, we think it's as frustrating as you do.
Ongoing property maintenance. Commercial properties, HOAs, and large residential lots generate woody debris continuously. Scheduled debris pickup keeps common areas, parking lots, and grounds clear without a standing eyesore pile. Ask about bundling with our commercial maintenance programs.
What Happens to the Debris
You're entitled to know where it all goes. Here's our process:
Chipping into mulch. Most brush and limbs go through our chipper on-site — volume reduction of roughly 4-to-1. The resulting wood chips can be left on your property for beds and paths (free mulch, excellent for Mississippi clay soil) or hauled away with everything else. Your choice, no price difference games.
Hauling for proper disposal. What can't be chipped — large logs, root balls, contaminated material — is loaded and hauled for proper disposal. We handle the logistics; you never see a disposal facility or pay a separate dump fee.
Firewood option. Straight, solid hardwood logs (oak, hickory, pecan) can be cut to firewood length and stacked where you want them instead of hauled away. Many Jackson homeowners with fireplaces or fire pits take this option — it's good wood, and it's already yours. Just request it during the estimate.
No burn piles. We don't burn debris on your property — no scorched earth, no smoke complaints from neighbors, no smoldering pile for three days. Everything leaves on a truck or becomes mulch.
The eco angle. Chipping and mulching keeps woody material in the local nutrient cycle instead of landfills. It's the responsible default — and it's also why our debris jobs cost less than you'd expect: efficient processing means fewer truckloads.
Debris Removal + Other Services: Bundle and Save
Debris removal rarely travels alone. Bundling it with the work that created the debris saves you a separate trip charge and gets everything done in one visit:
- Tree trimming + debris hauling. The classic bundle — we prune and the yard is clean when we leave. (All our trimming quotes already include debris handling, so this bundle is automatic.)
- Tree removal + debris hauling. Same deal — removal quotes include complete cleanup. But if another company did the cutting and left the mess, our standalone debris service finishes the job.
- Storm damage cleanup + debris removal. Full storm restoration: hazard mitigation, debris collection, hauling, and yard restoration in one coordinated job.
- Brush clearing + debris hauling. Clearing generates enormous debris volume — our clearing crews chip and haul as they go, so the finished property is clean, not just "cleared."
When you call about debris, tell us the whole story — what created it, how much there is, and what else the property needs. The bundled quote is almost always better than piecemeal pricing.
Our 4-Step Process
1. Describe or show us the debris. Call +1 (647) 367-1424 and describe the pile — or better, text/email photos through our contact form. Photos let us give a surprisingly accurate preliminary range before we visit.
2. Free on-site estimate. We visit, assess volume (by pile size, truckload estimate, or tonnage for large jobs), check access for our trucks and chipper, and give you a written price depending on volume. The price covers everything — labor, chipping, hauling, disposal, final cleanup.
3. Collection and processing. Our crew collects all debris, feeds brush through the chipper, cuts logs to length (firewood stack or haul-away per your choice), and loads everything out. Large jobs may involve multiple truckloads — we keep working until it's all gone.
4. Final cleanup. The area is raked clean, hard surfaces blown clear, and the property walked with you for approval. When we leave, there's no trace of the pile — just clean ground.
Most residential debris jobs complete in a half day. Large lot cleanups: one to two days. You'll know the timeline with your written estimate.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is debris removal priced?
By volume: small piles (a pickup-load or two), medium piles (a full chipper truckload), and large lot cleanups with multiple truckloads are each priced by the load — call for a free estimate. Photos through our contact form get you a fast preliminary range; the free on-site visit confirms the written price. No hourly billing, no surprise disposal fees.
Do I need to stack or prepare the debris first?
No — but it helps. If limbs are already in one pile, the job goes faster (which can mean a better price). If debris is scattered across the property, we'll collect it — that's part of the service. Don't risk injury dragging heavy logs yourself; that's literally what you're hiring us for.
How fast can you do it?
Most debris jobs are scheduled within a few days of your call. If you're on a deadline — house closing, tenant move-in, HOA violation notice — tell us during the call and we'll prioritize accordingly. Call {{PHONE}} for current scheduling.
Do you take leaves and grass clippings too?
Our specialty is woody debris — limbs, branches, brush, logs. We'll take bagged leaves and yard waste bundled with a woody debris job, but we don't run leaf-only or grass-only routes. For pure leaf removal, a landscaping service is your better (and cheaper) option.
Can you leave the wood chips for my garden beds?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Fresh wood chips are excellent mulch for Mississippi beds: they suppress weeds, retain moisture, and break down into organic matter that improves clay soil. We'll pile chips where you want them at no extra charge. Just mention it during the estimate.
What if the debris includes a stump?
Surface stumps and root balls can be hauled as part of the debris job if they're already loose. Stumps still in the ground need grinding — we'll quote stump grinding as an add-on, often completed the same visit.
Do you clean up debris from storm damage?
Yes — storm debris is one of our most common debris jobs. If the situation involves hazardous trees or structural damage, start with our storm damage cleanup assessment so safety comes first; pure debris hauling follows as part of the same coordinated job.
